The 35th Valley of Arts turns to its final weekend with international theatre and circus productions. On 31 July, Italy's Duo Più o meno presents their show Una Coppia Scoppiata, and on 1 August Germany's OneTwoMany arrives at the festival.
Running from 24 July to 2 August, the event makes use of the full cultural space of Kapolcs, Taliándörögd and Vigántpetend. According to the official website, more than four thousand programmes await visitors over ten days.
One of the strong international directions of the 2026 festival is the "Europe in the Valley" concept. Bringing in foreign performers not only increases the variety of the programme, but can also open the door to new cultural, institutional, tourism and sponsorship partnerships.
In the model built across three villages, visitor spending is spread more directly among local hospitality businesses, accommodation providers, craftspeople and service providers.
