Mystic Festival has added four acts to its 2027 edition in Gdańsk: Lorna Shore, Watain, Converge and Green Lung. The festival takes place 10–12 June 2027 in Letnica.
The announcement spans several metal traditions. Lorna Shore bring epic-scale deathcore, Watain Swedish black metal, Converge the collision of metal, noise rock and hardcore, and Green Lung a British stoner/doom perspective.
Watain carries a particularly strong ticketing narrative. The band plans to end its career in 2027, its 30th year, with a final album and farewell performances. Scarcity and finality can create a distinct early-purchase motive.
Early Bird tickets are available on the official site, while Faith No More was previously announced as the first headliner. The four-band package builds demand across multiple metal subcultures rather than relying on one name.
Commercial opportunities include genre merchandise, fan travel, themed hospitality and limited content linked to Watain's farewell year. FestivalTV used Mystic Festival's official 6 October release; image reuse rights were not documented, so the story is text-only.
