SISTIC sells more than 6.5 million tickets a year for more than two thousand events. In the official resale system, the original ticket can be invalidated and a new, verified ticket issued to the buyer.
The solution stays fan-friendly only if pricing is also regulated, and resale doesn't turn into an unrestricted-markup ticket-scalping market.
